YourAI is a service of BlastChamber LLC. We build and host AI companion systems for individuals and small businesses. Your privacy is fundamental to our service — your AI companion is yours, and your data stays yours.
For customers who choose a local hardware station, your AI companion runs entirely on hardware deployed in your home or office. Your conversations, personality profiles, and configuration data are stored locally on that machine. We do not have remote access to your station unless you explicitly grant it via Tailscale VPN for maintenance purposes.
During scheduled maintenance sessions, our technician may access your station temporarily to perform updates or tune-ups. All maintenance access is logged on your local machine and can be reviewed at any time.
For customers who choose the cloud option, your AI companion runs on our secured cloud infrastructure. Your conversation data and personality profile are stored in an isolated environment dedicated to your account. We do not share, sell, or use your data for training purposes.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer. You may request a full data export or deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.
Your AI companion connects to AI model APIs (such as Ollama Cloud, Nous Portal, or others you configure). Conversations processed through these APIs are subject to the respective provider's privacy policy. We configure your station to use providers that align with our privacy-first approach, but you are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any AI model provider your station connects to.
Local stations include: screen lock (10-minute idle), dead man's switch (automatic wipe after 5 days offline), and Clean Slate privacy wipe. Cloud instances are isolated per-customer with encrypted storage. We follow industry best practices for access control and infrastructure security.
